So what do u tend to eat? Im trying to go on a healthy diet but i dont know what to do xx
I eat a little bit of everything but in super small baby portions. Then I can more or less eat what I want.
I substitute soda with iced tea and sparkling water. I dont eat fast food very often and I DO NOT eat before bed. If you drink a big glass of water or eat a handful of almonds before a meal, it fills you up and you dont consume as much.
